Welcome to the Long Beach (LGB) Airport.  LGB is a city-owned public airport three miles northeast of downtown Long Beach, in Los Angeles County, California. 

Long Beach Airport's new passenger concourse is modern, comfortable and inviting. Offering a variety of new shopping destinations, the concourse is comprised of 74,000 square feet of new construction with a peaceful garden core with a variety of vibrant, native plant life. The airport modernization project brings the overall terminal to 77,850 square feet, while accentuating the historic terminal building. LGB hosts three airlines, American Airlines, Delta and Jet Blue, flying to over ten cities, including Austin, Boston, Las Vegas, New York, Oakland, Phoenix, Portland, San Francisco, and Seattle.  



Passenger Services

Though the security checks are tedious, LGB provides many services to travelers. There are various restaurants and cafes located throughout the airport.

At the North Concourse, the airport provides 4th Street Vine & Beer Bar, Taco Beach Cantina, McKenna's Burger Bar, Polly's Coffee & Sweet Jill's Bakery and George's Greek Cafe. And at the South Concourse, it has McKenna's on the Fly and Polly's Coffee & Sweet Jill's Bakery. Also, located in the terminal, 1st floor and boarding lounges, Long Beach News provides travelers snacks, the latest copy of top magazines and great gift items.


The closest bus stops to the terminal are served by Long Beach Transit Bus Route #102, #104, and #111. The closest Metro Rail station from and to Long Beach Airport is the Wardlow Station on the Blue Line. It connects with Long Beach Transit Buses at the Transit Mall in downtown Long Beach. Car rental offices are located in the Airport Ground Transportation Center located directly across the terminal building.

Taxis are available at the Taxi stands outside the airport.
